Informed Consent & Client Agreement

Relationship Mastery Framework

This Informed Consent & Client Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your participation in any course, coaching program, group cohort, membership, workshop, or service offered by Relationship Mastery Framework (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing, enrolling, accessing, or participating in any offering, you (“Client,” “Participant,” or “you”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.

1. Nature of Coaching Services

You understand and agree that services provided through Relationship Mastery Framework are coaching and educational services, not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or mental health care.

Coaching may address topics such as communication, connection, conflict, boundaries, emotional awareness, and personal growth. However:

  • We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health condition.
  • Coaching is not a substitute for licensed mental health, medical, legal, or financial services.

If you are experiencing significant emotional distress, trauma, abuse, or mental health concerns, you agree to seek support from a qualified licensed professional.

2. Scope of Services

Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Online courses and digital educational materials
  • Group coaching cohorts with live sessions
  • Membership-based content and trainings
  • Workshops, webinars, and recorded sessions
  • Optional office hours or limited one-on-one coaching (where included in your tier)

Specific features, access length, and support levels depend on the program or package you purchase.

3. No Guarantees or Promises of Results

You acknowledge that:

  • Coaching outcomes vary from person to person and relationship to relationship.
  • No specific results, outcomes, or timelines are guaranteed.
  • Your progress depends on your own effort, engagement, honesty, and circumstances.

Any examples or stories shared are illustrative only and do not represent promises of results.

4. Personal Responsibility

By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.
  • You are free to accept, reject, or adapt any tools, perspectives, or suggestions offered.
  • You will use your own judgment and discretion when applying coaching content.

You agree that Relationship Mastery Framework is not responsible for decisions you make inside or outside of the coaching environment.

5. Emotional Safety & Self-Awareness

Relationship coaching can involve reflection, insight, and emotional awareness. You agree to:

  • Monitor your own emotional well-being
  • Share only what feels appropriate for you
  • Seek outside professional support if you feel overwhelmed or distressed

You understand that coaching may surface challenging topics, but participation is always voluntary.

6. Group Programs & Community Participation

If you participate in a group program, cohort, or membership community, you agree to:

  • Treat other participants with respect and confidentiality
  • Avoid harassment, shaming, or disruptive behavior
  • Refrain from giving medical, legal, or therapeutic advice to others

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a group or community (without refund) if behavior is deemed unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive.

7. Confidentiality & Limitations

We respect participant privacy and confidentiality within the coaching environment.

However, you understand and agree that:

  • Absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group settings.
  • Other participants are responsible for their own conduct.
  • Coaching communications are not legally privileged in the same way as therapy.

We may disclose information if required by law or if there is a reasonable belief of harm to self or others.

8. Recordings & Content Use

Live sessions, group calls, or trainings may be recorded for educational purposes and made available to participants.

By participating, you consent to:

  • Being recorded during live sessions (where applicable)
  • Use of recordings within the program or membership library

You agree not to:

  • Record sessions without permission
  • Share, distribute, reproduce, or resell program content outside the platform

All materials are the intellectual property of Relationship Mastery Framework and are for personal use only.

9. Technology & Access

Programs are delivered through online platforms (including Kajabi). You are responsible for:

  • Having reliable internet access
  • Maintaining login security
  • Accessing content during the access period provided

We are not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party platforms, internet outages, or user-side technical issues.

10. Payment, Refunds & Cancellation

Payment terms, access periods, and refund policies are specific to each program and are disclosed at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Payments are non-refundable once access is granted
  • Missed live sessions do not entitle you to refunds
  • Payment plans must be completed in full

Any exceptions will be clearly stated in writing at checkout.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relationship Mastery Framework and its owner, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in coaching services.

You agree that participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

12. Not Crisis Support

Relationship Mastery Framework does not provide crisis intervention.

If you are in immediate danger or experiencing thoughts of self-harm, you agree to contact local emergency services or a licensed mental health professional.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Acceptance of Agreement

By purchasing, enrolling, or participating in any offering from Relationship Mastery Framework, you acknowledge that you:

  • Have read and understood this Agreement
  • Voluntarily consent to participate
  • Agree to be bound by these terms
