This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all courses, programs, coaching services, and digital products offered by Relationship Mastery Framework (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By enrolling in or purchasing any offering, you agree to the terms below.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital content, live group programs, and coaching services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.

Refund eligibility, if offered, is specific to the individual program and is subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Conditional Money-Back Guarantee

A. Fight to Heal: 

The Fight to Heal course includes a conditional money-back guarantee designed to encourage full participation and meaningful engagement.

To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, you must:

• Attend all five live sessions (or watch full replays if a session is missed due to scheduling conflicts)
• Complete all required assignments
• Participate in good faith and engage with the process
• Submit a refund request within 14 days of the final session
• Participate in a brief exit conversation or written evaluation, if requested, to review your experience and progress

If these conditions are met and you genuinely feel the program did not provide clarity, connection, or practical tools for growth, you may request a full refund of your program fee.

Refund requests that do not meet these participation requirements will not be approved.

B. Purpose of the Guarantee

This guarantee exists to:

• Support committed participation rather than partial engagement
• Ensure participants give the process a fair opportunity to work
• Allow space for reflection, evaluation, and course correction

This program is designed to create real, lasting change when participants engage fully. Refunds are not intended for those who disengage early, do not complete the program, or decide not to participate fully.

C. Other Programs, Courses, and Memberships

Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout:

• Digital courses are non-refundable once access is granted
• Membership fees are non-refundable but may be canceled to prevent future billing
• Missed sessions do not qualify for refunds or credits

Any bonuses, add-ons, or complimentary offers (including free or discounted memberships) have no cash value and may not be exchanged for refunds.

3. Payment Plans

If a payment plan is selected:

• You are responsible for completing all payments
• Failure to complete payments may result in loss of access
• Payment plans do not alter refund eligibility unless explicitly stated

4. Cancellations by Relationship Mastery Framework

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a program due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants may be offered:

• A rescheduled session
• A credit toward a future program
• A refund at our discretion

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in immediate termination of access to all current and future services.

We encourage direct communication to resolve concerns whenever possible.

6. How to Request a Refund

• Full name
• Program name
• Confirmation that participation requirements were met
• A brief explanation of your experience

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, depending on the original payment method.

7. Discretionary Resolution

While this policy outlines formal refund terms, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to offer alternative resolutions when appropriate, such as:

• Program credits
• Extended access
• Complimentary community membership
• Other goodwill solutions
